Descent of the Vallée Blanche

Weather and mountain conditions will guide our plans, but when all aligns, we take the Aiguille du Midi cable car to over 3,600 meters for one of the Alps’ most unforgettable experiences. Only when conditions are safe do we ski the legendary Vallée Blanche — a 20-kilometer descent across a living glacier, surrounded by spectacular seracs and ice sculptures. A once-in-a-lifetime adventure, never guaranteed, always earned. After this epic day, we will enjoy a comfortable transfer to Verbier, ready to continue our journey across the Alps.

This day is all about venturing beyond the obvious lines. With your guide, explore the hidden side of the Verbier region — from secret powder stashes and secluded descents to neighbouring small alpine stations where untouched slopes await. When conditions allow, we may use skins to access more remote and wilder terrain, far from the crowds. This experience reveals the authentic, less-travelled side of the Val de Bagnes and Verbier’s wider playground.

At the end of this rewarding day on the snow, we’ll transfer to Zermatt to continue our ski adventure beneath the iconic Matterhorn.

A new day rises under the timeless gaze of the Matterhorn. We journey into the high alpine for off-piste skiing above 3,500 meters, surrounded by glaciers and a crown of towering peaks. If conditions are favorable, we’ll add a ski-touring approach with skins to reach quieter, untouched zones, deepening the sense of exploration.
